Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your Should I? account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to our support address

Email us at support@shouldi.fun with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your identifying information

If you signed in with Google: include the email address used. If you are an anonymous user: include the approximate date you started using the app and, if possible, the text of any questions you posted.

Confirm your request

We may reply to confirm your identity before processing the deletion. This is to protect you from unauthorized deletion requests.

We process your request within 30 days

We will confirm via email once your account and associated data have been deleted.

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted:

What is retained and why

Timeline

We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and confirming your request. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. Account data is deleted immediately upon processing. Server log data is purged on its standard 90-day cycle.
